All privately owned We have kitchen w/firepit and covered gathering area. fitness center and small laundromat. Is a very private and quite park close to Cherokee, Franklin, waynesville, Asheville. It will be hard to find a more reasonably priced lot so close to everything and just across the Smokies to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg Tenn.
