Class A Motor coach, Deer Creek is a gated community located about 20 minutes from Disney, close enough to hear fireworks at night. It is a great place to live, offering several swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis & pickle ball courts, shuffleboards, crafts, or any number of other activities at this all-star resort. A golf cart is included allowing you to socialize, visit the nearby malls, or play on the Resort’s executive 18 hole golf course. Concrete pavers allow plenty of room for easy access and parking your RV, automobiles, motorcycles, bicycles, tow dolly, enclosed trailer, etc. Also, a small casita with shower, toilet, sink, washer, dryer, storage, and work table is included.
In nearby Orlando, you can enjoy all the amusement parks, fine dining, attractions, and shopping. Both coastal areas are only an hour away with beaches, sporting events, points of interest, and deep sea fishing.
All renters have to be 40 years, have a Class A motor coach, no more than two friendly dogs and zero children. We pay for water, sewer, trash pickup, but no electrical usage. Renter is responsible for Internet (available free at Club House), cable, phone, TV, and any other services. First, last month’s rent plus $300 security deposit are all due at lease signing prior to move in. Annual contract is available at reduced rate, all stays on a first come first served basis.
