RV spot on private property (7 acres) for permanent or long-term residents, no short stays. There are only 4 spots total and most of my tenants stay 3 to 5 years. Great for seniors and people who value the Peace & Quiet of the country. No loud music, shooting, parties or events. No heavy drinking or drug use. Fifteen minutes to Boerne, 45 minutes to San Antonio, Bandera, Kerrville, Fredericksburg or Canyon Lake. Maximum 2 occupants per RV due to septic requirements. The stone Laundry Building (in picture) is only for RV tenants and is free to use. There is also a private drive to the RV spots from the street. Water is softened. Rent is $500/mo + elec. First and last month's rent + $200 refundable deposit and 6-month lease for move in. At tenants option: Wired-in high-speed internet, TV packages, and landline available through GVTC at each spot. I live on the property (7 acres) and take care of things well. Pets are allowed with approval and there is a non-refundable pet deposit of $50 for indoor/ outdoor pets (no Pitt Bulls, Rottweilers, or mixes of same). I have free range hens and feed the deer twice a day. The Guadalupe River is accessible in this neighborhood. Fenced garden area I will share. Rent is due on the 1st of the month and the payment date is non-negotiable. I like people who are quiet, easy to get along with and pay on time.
