RV Lot Description
Beautiful RV lot at LazyDays RV park right on the St. Johns river! This place is perfect for the family or couple that want a quiet get away from the normal RV parks. Clubhouse has a pool for the family with a sitting area and Wifi. Our lot #44 is a "pull through style" that can accommodate almost all RV's. For motorhomes and fifth wheels, 40' can fit without a problem. Anything over 40' may be an issue as you would need to back into the spot. The lot size is 55' x 34'. We cannot guarantee your vehicle will fit if over 40' so no refunds would be issued.
Daily rate is $40
Weekly rate is $250
Monthly rate is $750, can be lesser amount for long term rentals
Water/Sewer is included in pricing, but not electricity. We will provide the electric bill from your stay to include in your payment.
