A beautiful shaded lot in a quiet, gated 55+ community. A trout stream runs throughout the park. One gate clicker is provided for a $25 refundable deposit. There is a fire ring and firewood is furnished. Site provides 30/50 amp. water and sewer. You will have to provide your own wi-fi at the lot, but there is free Wi-Fi at the Clubhouse Pavilion along with a pool, shuffleboard and lots of planned activities throughout the season. The site is close by. The park laundry room is available. There is also a lot to see and do in the surrounding area including shopping, hiking, river tubing, rafting, beautiful wineries and famous towns like Helen and Dahlonega are close by.
This lot will comfortably accommodate rigs up to 28 ft. There is a concrete pad for your RV and there is a concrete patio to put your awning over.
Seasonal or monthly rental is offered at $800 per month or $200 per week including utilities. Season will run from April 1 to October 31. A deposit is required.
