These spaces have full utilities already set up which include water, sewer and power. These lots are perfect for you to bring in your mobile home or tiny home!

Monthly lot rent is $575. We will cover up to $7k of the costs of moving your home into the lot, which can be paid back via a 3 year contract.

Please note, all applicants over 18 must pass a background/credit check to be approved to live in the park.
