Located on the desirable west wall, Lot 37 is a beautiful 65' deep Lot, with a stamped concrete patio surrounded by grass, and offers more privacy than many other Lots in the Park. The Lot includes a shed with fridge and patio furniture. Available October, November and December 2024 for $1,200 per month plus metered electricity. In addition, a registration fee must be paid to the Resort office within three days of arrival.
