This beautiful lot has amazing hedges for your privacy and features a 7pc dining set, 15' umbrella and bbq for your comfort and convenience. The lot is also close to satellite C.

Dec. to May - High Season : Daily (less than 31 days) 5th Wheels/Trailers $89; Motorhomes $94, Monthly (*Daily rate over 31 days) 5th Wheels/Trailers $1900 (*$64), Motor-homes $2000 (*$67)

Jun. to Sept. - Summer : Daily (less than 31 days) 5th Wheels/Trailers $80: Motorhomes $90

Oct. to Nov. - Fall : Daily (less than 31days) 5th Wheels/Trailers $80; Motorhomes $89: Monthly (*Daily rate over 31 days) 5th Wheels/Trailers $1600 (*$54): Motorhomes $1700 (*$57)

Occupancy Tax Added to Daily Rate - 12% (on rentals less than30 days)

HOA Daily Resort Fee - $25 per night

All rates include 30/50 amp hookups, basic cable tv and electricity. No electric heaters are allowed...

ELECTRICITY CAP:
Travel Trailers and 5th wheels are allowed $7.00 per day or $210 per month included in monthly rent.
Motorhomes are allowed $10 per day or $300 per month included in monthly rent.

RESTRICTIONS
RV MAX AGE OF 15 years, Registration card required on check-in or will not be allowed in the resort.
NO Tent Trailers, Truck Campers, 24' Minimum Trailer length. All RV's must be fully self contained & meet RVIA standards to qualify. Signs, logos or advertising on any vehicle is prohibited. No enclosed storage trailers, van conversions, car or motor bike trailers are allowed in the resort.

The parking lot cannot accommodate these vehicles for overnight storage.

CHECK-OUT TIME IS 11:00am - CHECK-IN time 12pm.
