Damage/security Deposit $500
First and last months rent ($1200 x 2 = $2400)
Total before move in (if you move in 1st of the month) - $2900
6 month minimum stay required, after that month to month.

Restrictions
One small dog is ok that lives in the RV
Cats are ok but will need to have bells on its collar (protect birds and other wild life)
No tiny houses.
No commercial vehicles.
One personal vehicle only to be parked onsite in addition to RV.
Extra car parked onsite $150 per month
