There are outdoor bathhouses, a gazebo for hanging out, shuffleboard court and a community lodge.

The site includes hookups to electricity, an on-site propane tank, and Century-Link or other carrier wifi.These utilities are paid by the renter & the owner covers HOA dues that include water and sewer.

The space has a 22-foot Growing Spaces Greenhouse dome with possible permitted access by the owner. It's a calm tropical environment with fountains. The greenhouse has a table and chairs for an escape from the Colorado cold! The owner or a gardener maintains the greenhouse, and has access to it at any time. Your electric bill will include about $5/mo in electricity to run the pond pump and fan inside the greenhouse.

The RV space is 45’ long and about 20’ wide, so a camper or small car/camper combo would have to fit on this space. (Recently occupied by a 36' fifth wheel.) HOA rules restrict RVs over 40'. Car parking spaces are limited.

The lot is fenced, but pet owners must follow strict rules. Your unit must be skirted in the winter and insulated enough to handle a cold winter day in the Colorado Rockies! The brand new winter water system will require the heat tape to be on the water pipe during below-freezing winter days/night. The electrical plug-in for 30 or 50 amps can be reached with your 25-35 ft. extension chord
