RV must be titled as camping trailer or destination model. RV Rent Rates includes required 7% county and state user taxes, water, sewer, electric and 1 GBPS included. Site has 120 gallon external tank available and propane is paid by renter at cost. Refer to RV Rent Rates .

3 or 5 year leases are available upon request.

Tiny Home (see rate sheet)
Sign a 1 year, 3 year, or 5 year lease for the tiny home. 3 or 5 year lease locks in rent cost. Tiny home must be titled as park model (PM) to get the rent rates. Tiny Home Rate sheet includes 7% county and state user taxes, water, sewer, and 1 GBPS included. Site has 120 gallon external tank available and propane is paid by renter at cost and tenant pays for electric. Refer to Tiny Homes Rent Rates.

THJC does not require a buy in fee nor HOA fees for Tiny Home.
