If location is important…it should be. This property is very well located next to showers, laundry, & some parking for day time guests. It backs up to a lovely view of the golf course with no RVs at the back. Just beautiful wide open space.
There is a designated cart parking area at the front. As you enter the living area you will see a privacy wall with a light pillar at one end. Step to the other side of the wall to view the propane fireplace and TV cabinet.
Next to this section is the kitchen. Here you will find a double sink, good size tiled counter space with eating bar and seating for four. There is a built in BBQ, side burner, and under counter fridge.
Just steps from the kitchen is the dining area on a raised section of the patio. This is a great place to sit and enjoy the view. There is a small lake with water fall just off to the side of this dining spot.
The metal Gazebo sits behind the RV adding to your privacy. This is a great spot for you to have a fire table or a couple of lounge chairs. Day or night you will love the beauty of this view having no RVS at the back.

HOA's Rental Processing Fee:
The fees are
$30 for 2 nights or less
$90 for 3 to 29 nights
$150 for 30 to 180 nights
$300 for over 180 nights
This fee is in addition to the normal rental rates for the site. If you move to a different site the Resort Usage Fee once again applies.

Dog Fees:
$2 per day, per dog for up to 90 days
$1 per day, per dog after 90 days

Additional Occupant Fee: If there are more than three occupants a $5.00 fee is charged each night for each additional occupant.

Nightly Fee: Includes electricity is $135/night. Renter is not authorized to use any BBQ or appliances when staying less than a month.

Monthly Fee: is $1,455 per month plus electricity. You will be billed for your actual electrical usage. A $500 security deposit is required. This deposit is returned within 3 days of leaving as long as the site and everything on it is in the same condition as when you arrived including no oil or bad stains on the RV pad.

If the use of BBQ or appliances is authorized for the monthly stay only, Renter is to supply their own propane as needed.
