Proof and validation of your ID, RV+car titles, car insurance, income, liquid assets is a MUST.

Not allowed: travel trailers, fifth wheels, pop-up campers.

Welcome Class A RVs, Class B RVs, Class C RVs, Campervans with embedded toilets and bathes.

RV vehicles must be under 38 feet.

This offer includes two lots: covered and open space. The covered lot is under a metal roof.

Your RV and accompanying car must be 5-10 years old or younger in a brilliant or a like new condition.

Total of 2 people is a max on the property.

This place is located in a quiet, clean, cared, green, well established secluded residential area, close to everything, i.e. shopping mall, Costco, Walmart, grocery stores, coffee shops, car parts, parks, recreational facilities, fitness centers, swimming pools, highways, hospitals, laundromat, police station, etc.

One extra car is allowed, parking is next to your RV lot.

List of restrictions on this private property: No pets. No kids. No partying. No smoking. No drugs. No vaping. No alcohol. No business. No guests. No visitors. No littering. No BBQ. No fire. No any sort of noise or smoke or pollution. No any outside activities at all. No laundry or flying clothes in view. No extensive traffic back-and-forth.

House cat is not a problem.

6 (six) months is a maximum length of stay. Extension is not available, subject to city of Lynnwood law.

Rent starts on the first of any month and ends on the very last day of a month.

All utilities are included, water, RV, wi-fi internet, sewer, electricity 30 AMP, garbage, recycle, street light.

You must maintain and clean under your vehicles and around your assigned lots. However, $40 additional cleaning fee will be added to your monthly bill.

Surface type: concrete and asphalt.

Surface levelness: does not require leveling. It’s flat.

Electrical hookup is available.

Water hookup is available.

Generators not allowed.

Back-in site only.

Total area: 1444 square feet.

It’s not cheap, but you pay for many listed above benefits, of course if you value them.
