This is available beginning June 1, 2022 @ $1,100.00 monthly (plus electric) if rented for 6 months or more.

Starting in November, in-season rate is $1250.00 (plus electric). Generally Nov to April. 6 month rental preferred which also saves you on 11% sales tax.

Cable, water, sewer included.

$1,000.00 security deposit required for six months rental.

Under 6 months rental requires a sales and use tax of 11%. Daily rental MAY be considered on a case by case basis, for a minimum stay of 5 nights.

Elite Resorts at Citrus Valley 16246 Citrus Parkway has a great club house with a recently renovated pool area. It is near delightful downtown Clermont, great shopping and restaurants. Disney and other Orlando attractions are just minutes away.

I do require pictures of your RV as well.
