Your beautiful lot.. the size is 60’ by 120’.. entire lot is covered with pave stones; site has a cabin and pergola that covers the entire site; electric (50 amp), water, sewer and propane included; the front and rear of the lot were professionally landscaped; 80-90% of the pergola has electric or manual sun screens for privacy or blocking sun; (CABIN WILL BE CLOSED DURING YOUR STAY)
Your lot/stay amenities.. the covered pergola is divided into three (3) areas.. SITTING AREA has sofa, chairs, small marble firepit and TV on a swivel.. can pull over other chairs if needed plus beautiful view of mountains. DINING AREA has a ceramic table with six (six) chairs and a serving table.. and you can watch TV or just look at the beautiful mountains. KITCHEN AREA has all stainless everything.. cooktop with 3-burners and a small oven, a microwave oven, a weber grill, beautiful granite bar with three (3) barstools and like other areas, just swivel the TV while cooking dinner. PLUS, I will guarantee you, the most beautiful night indirect lighting in the pergola, like you have never seen… please see picture.
SPECIAL AMENITIES.. this site comes with it’s own private internet and streaming services (Netflix, Amazon & Hulu) that can be viewed outside on the TV.. and your own private WIFI in case you need security while staying.. for business, financial, etc. concerns.
OTHER.. There is also a golf cart available for rental, but not included with the lot rental.. Please advise if you have an interest..
