One owner gently used Aliner Ranger 10. I factory ordered and purchased in 2015 from Juanita RV in Pennsylvania. This has the off-road package with 14 inch wheels and Dexter axle. It had 2 rear stabilizers when purchased and I had 2 front stabilizers installed in 2021. There are front and rear skylights with interior pull up blinds and a fantastic fan. The layout is dual bed and is equipped with water pump, sink, hot water heater, 11 gallon fresh water tank, refrigerator, furnace, air conditioner, converter with 3 electrical outlets and interior lights, 2 burner stove top, and original curtains. On the hitch there are 2 propane tanks and a new deep cycle SRM 31 battery. There is a spare tire mounted on the back as well as one baggage door and an outdoor shower on the side. I stored and never used all the cushions and the table so they are like new. The trailer is solar ready, but I have never used this. It has the factory installed wind kit. John Pfiel installed the front stabilizers, balanced the tires, and installed a hot water heater bypass in 2021. I replaced the tires in 2021 and they have very low mileage on them. The roof springs are in excellent shape and there has never been any leakage beyond a loose hose connection on the hot water heater when I first bought it. Everything works! The main reason I am selling is there is no one I trust to work on an Aliner where I live. John Pfiel was an expert and close by but he has retired. I have found that RV dealers that dont sell Aliners really dont know how to service them. I have greased the wheel bearing a few times and
Always winterize, replace anode rod annually and sanitize. Beyond that Im not confident I can do the tasks that will soon need to be done like replacing the bearings, bungee cords, and seals. The skylights are a bit cloudy with age but can be polished up. I mostly off grid camp so dont plug in to campground facilities. I have the original owners manuals for the trailer and all the parts and appliances as well as my original purchase receipt and title. I have receipts for tires and battery.
