WHY WE BOUGHT THIS PARTICULAR RV~

Because of my background, I was pretty **** since this was our first RV!!! So we totally researched and looked at a lot of RVs, even traveled to another state, before buying this one. (new & used Class A, B, C & Trailers) Didnt like the phony over-friendly, commission driven salespeople. Ive been around the block a few times and theyre easy to spot.

Of all the options, we picked this particular used Class C from the owner & heres why:

1. This specific Class C was the best value & best of everything for the money!!! It seemed more solid than the newer ones. Esp. new and Covid era builds. And of all, this had the best FLOOR PLAN!!! I doubt you will ever get tired of this floor plan.

But --- we had never really been a fan of Class C until we saw this one.
BAM!!! I think what clinched the deal was: the outside facing windowed hallway leading to the private bedroom & the 3 windows in cab-over bed area & both a hall door and bedroom door to the full deluxe bathroom. Plus, I was impressed with the amazing number of miles the E-450 & V10 could easily handle. Shocking! Perfect choice for us. Maybe for you too???

BTW, The M31s are highly sought after because of their spacious double-slide floor plans, deluxe 2 door bathroom, totally private bedroom, and if necessary sleeps up to 8, as well as the ability to travel almost anywhere.

2. We liked the idea of being able to grab a snack from the refrigerator, brew coffee, use the bathroom, someone take a nap on bed, etc. ALL WHILE DRIVING, day or night. No campground set up required.

3. Plenty of room to spread out, and storage space is generous. (see pics)

4. Our 31m was just the right size for us. Not too big and not too small. We have even been able to rough it in places you wouldnt be able to take a class A or trailer. We have traveled and camped & RV parked in all weather & temperatures all over the United States.

5. Easy & super comfortable to drive or ride as a passenger (hidden seat belts for sofa and dinette area)

6. Beautiful interior neutral colors, coffee brown accents no ugly patterns

7. The interior looked almost LIKE-NEW when bought >> IT STILL DOES! Amazing. And so does all the seating.

8. Lots of high-value quality improvements or replacements.

9. Easy & fast RV Park utility setup and take down. (Discovered from RVers that trailers are a pain to setup unless you only have to setup once in a while.)

10. Easy & fast to hook up a towed vehicle. (RV lingo: toad)

11. Since 2019, weve enjoyed this motorhome daily since we purchased it. It has been loved and well taken care of. And >>> it looks and runs just as good now as it did then. ZERO regrets. (A few dings and scratches here & there but nothing major or noticeable)
