After 5 years we are selling our RV. Located in Uniontown PA. Sleeps 6. 40,020 miles on Cummins L9 450 horsepower XCM diesel motor. 931 hours on Cummins Onan 8000 generator. Allison transmission. Aqua Hot 400D diesel and electric water and air heater. All regular maintenance completed on the manufacturers schedules with no expenses spared to keep her running perfect. Two extra wide slide outs in galley provide one of the widest living room spaces available. Two slides in rear for King bed and master bath. Double bunk in rear can function as an oversized closet. Appliances include large double door stainless refrigerator, stainless dish washer, microwave/convection oven, double burner induction stove top, dirt devil vacuum system and washer and dryer units in master bedroom. Solar panel on roof allow battery charging and limited electric use while traveling without need to run the generator. Half bath near kitchen and master bath with large walk-in tile shower at rear. Both toilets operate with macerator flush. In floor heat in living room makes the space extra cozy on a cold night. Heat pump and Aqua Hot units supply heat in three zones throughout the coach and within the basement. Also, three roof top AC units provide ample cooling. Extremely large basement with slide out tray in fore bay provides a huge amount of storage space. Driver space includes Mobileye lane assist and live video monitor of rear, driver and passenger sides of the coach. All house batteries were replaced one year ago. Chassis batteries are 6 months old. Motor oil change completed at 39,500 miles at Freightliner in Gaffney. Generator service is done by me and about every 150 hours. Aqua Hot yearly service complete in April. Current vehicle inspection good through 11/25. This is an extremely clean and well-maintained coach ready for a new owner to enjoy. Stored indoors every winter.
