Hi my name is Zoli, so let me tell you more about the upgrades (modernization) to this 1983 27' Fleetwood Pace Arrow, 51,000 miles, vin. 1gbjp37wxd3312136.Some of these New upgrades are: engine, New transmission, New brake system, New steering system, New tires, New towing receivers, New tank-less water heater, New led lights, New thermostatically controlled vent and New vent covers, Newer refrigerator, New carpet, New toilet, New water pump, New drinking water filters, New electricity for computer ect. New solar system, New propane and carbon monoxide detector, than the improved engine and New transmission and engine trans gauges. There are two transmission oil temp gauges one for hot oil in and one for cooler oil out, same for the engine oil, four gauges total.

The engine is a 454 v-8 fore bolt main and had only used synthetic oil since new. the heads were redone using the Newest seats because of today's fuels; the mechanical fuel pump was replaced with a New electric one and New pressure regulator; all the New fuel lines insulated; New Headers installed with New O2 sensor to monitor air fuel mixture; Modified quadrajet carburetor; New Edelbrock RV intake manifold; New hi output distributor, New alternator, New steering box, New water pump, all New.Everything that is associated with the brake system was replaced New; Transmission completely rebuilt with New RV torque converter; air bags front and back; New Roadmaster steering system with New sway bar; about 2,000 miles on 6 New Michelin tires; New tire sensors and new monitor for tire pressure and tire heat while driving; New shocks; New Tow hitch in front and back plus New hitch system for caster wheel trailer for quad, motorcycle ect, ( trailer not included )

The cockpit has New extra water temp gauge, New extra new oil pressure gauge, New switch to turn on two New large fans in front of the engine for oil cooler and trans cooler. The air conditioner that was on the motor was removed because there is a large overhauled air conditioner on the roof and the New overhauled onan generator runs it. Just installed two New golf cart batteries and one New engine battery, I have four solar panels on top of the Motorhome and a New 40 amp controller that charges the batteries very quickly. The New converter powers several ac outlets,one by the bed and two in the main part of the Motorhome. The converter is powered by the two New golf cart batteries. The standard ac outlets are through out the motorhome powered by the 4000 watt onan generator There are New led lights in the bathroom and one above the sink, there are two New electric vent fans,one in the bathroom and one near the oven, one of them is thermostat controlled. The carpet is brand New with a special foam lining so it does not absorb liquids, the toilet is brand New, the oven only used a few times, same with the range. The refrigerator is a dometic 2003 just gone through, the heater used very little and has been just gone through, the air conditioner just gone through, the 4000 onan generator just gone through, brand new tankless water heater the best around [only one brand better but I did not like the companies policy]. It has a two stage drinking water filter system, 35 gallon water tank, upgraded water pump; it has electric fan over the bed, and two night reading lights, lots of storage includes large pantry and two wardrobes [when you open the doors lights goes on inside].The roof never had leeks and just been recoated. There is one very large storage compartment with hoist on the roof that lowers heavy items to the ground, another storage unit on the roof is for two 5 gallon gas cans. Tools to change a tire, brand new sewer hose and drinking water hose, and a new mattress. This motorhome can sleep 6 [fold down over head bed, dinette makes into bed, and rear bed].
