For sale is 1990 Lazy Daze 26.5 ft mid-bath RV with 62400 miles.

We bought this in Jan 2021 from the origional owner whom had it custome built in 1990.

My wife and I loved traveling in the Lazy Daze and had great family trips. We even had two of us working and a family member taking online classes all in the same rig! It is a gem and we love it. We just have less time now and hope to find a good home where someone can enjoy hitting the road.

I have done the following upgrades and repairs:

It comes with a professional solar setup (750W panels, 500 Ah Renogy lithium batteries, 3000 watt Victron charger/inverter); perfect for off grid camping.

New LVP flooring with soundproof and waterproof underlayment.

New toilet

New AC unit 15000 btu

New microwave

New comfort Fans

alot of sealing and waterproofing

Engine upgrade and repairs recently done:

new plugs/cap rotor

new neutral safety switch

replaced rear main seal

replaced transmission seals

new radiator

new water pump

new thermostat

coolant flush

new oil pan gasket

new hoses for radiator

new alternator

new water pump hose

new fuel pump

rear diff fluid changed. pan cleaned and resealed

Every mechanic inspected the car over the last several years has said its in great shape.

Areas for improvement:

The cars AC is not blowing cold air.

There are a couple of rusted/corroded spots on the exterior around the water heater and taillight. (No rust underneath the car or chassis; its very solid)

The fridge works on electric power but not on propane.

The roof needs a new coat of sealant; there are no leaks, but it’s been a few years since the last coating.
