2017 Crossroads Hill Country fifth wheel. Model 29rl. Weighs only 8522lbs with a GVWR 10538lbs. 33 total length. 50 amp service, but will include 30 amp adapter. Half ton towable. Very nice camper, bought new by my mother and stepdad in 2018. We bought it from them when they purchased a larger camper. It has less than 500 miles on new brakes. Tires are good and I will include tire covers. It has the 12volt refrigerator, so it will continue cooling while traveling. Everything works as it should. Roof coating less than 6 months old that should last for years. Electric jacks with electric rear stabilizers make setup easy. Camper has three slides, one bedroom slide and opposing slides for the living area making a nice open floorplan. 2 air conditioning units controlled by one thermostat. Outdoor shower. Storm proof electric awning in good condition. LED lighting. Ceiling fan. 2 30lbs propane tanks. Spare tire. 2 receiver hitch we used for bike rack. Older Simmons beauty rest queen size mattress can go if you want it. All waste valves work correctly with no leaks. Camper stored under cover about half of its life. Camper is not new, but shows very well. Front cap shows some fading on paint. Dining table had wax melt on it and has a mark from the hot wax. Couch is showing some wear.  Also have an unused 15 gallon Camco portable septic tank. All sewer and water hookups will be included. Gas/electric hot water heater. All tank gauges work. If you need a good hitch, for full price Ill throw in a Pullrite superglide automatic sliding hitch, over 2,000 when new. Allows you to turn 90 degrees without hitting the cab on short bed trucks.
