This is a three seater with the third seat pulled out for easier entry and exit. We do have the third seat that can easily be reinstalled. We have several Coachmen upgrades such as a custom back for when it is in sleep mode, a safe under the passenger seat, a custom step for safer entry/exit, and new solar panels. In addition, we have recently installed new house batteries and fan.
