MCD shades 1500.00 upgrade, electric awning 1400.00 upgrade. Upgraded Bluetooth radio outside. Water heater gas and electric. Convection microwave no need to use propane stove. Windshield wiper motor has been replaced. Refrigerator replaced 3 years ago. The box of refrigerator was not replaced. Magna Shade and tire covers. 1800.00 upgrade. Hook up for all in one washer dryer, i use for storage. All upgrades done in last 8 years. Just got back from 1200 mile trip. Dash air does not work. I don't ever use anyway. Generator runs and I use house air to cool motorhome on trips. I bought this, because I absolutely love the floor plan and closets. Looked at other coaches and this floor plan is a rare find. This has never been smoked in. It has some hail damage but not that noticeable. Office chairs do not go with rig. One thing the guys will love is that Winnebago.com has schematic for parts replacement. As is no warranty.
