This trailer is in great shape, as it was used lightly and stayed in one location during my ownership. It was just what I needed it for a long term out of town work assignment, but would also be a good value and useful for recreation.

It features a rear bathroom/shower layout and a single slide to provide plenty of space. The shower is 30" x 36" with a skylight, toilet, vanity with nice sink area and linen cabinets. There is a sliding door for privacy.

It has a U shaped dinette with what could be described as theater seating. Across from it is the TV, entertainment center and storage. To the right of the entry door, there is a pantry, then counter space, an oven, a three burner stove with a microwave above. This is followed by a large sink area. Next to the sink is extra counter space that folds down and out of the way when not needed. The refrigirator is efficient and works well.

The front features a well lit, spacious bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed, surrounding dual bedside wardrobes for storage, and overhead cabinets. The space saving sliding door provides privacy when needed.

Both the bed and the chaise lift up for more storage.

The outside of this unit features ample storage for all of your outdoor gear in the drop frame pass-through compartment so you can keep things tucked away when not in use.

It has two propane tanks.

Other than keeping it clean and winterize it, the only maintenenace needed was to replace the propane lines.

Decided to price the unit to sell, since my future use for it is limited now that the assignment is over.
