This pre-covid 2018 Forest River Sandpiper Has been perfect for my wife and I. We have made several changes to the layout of the RV as seen in pictures.

The living space features a full 8 foot, two-person desk workspace with storage. New flooring, wallpaper and paint lighten the space and give it a much larger feel.

A 42 inch OLED tv with reclining loveseat in the living space along with a full twin sized daybed with storage for extra guests or children.

The half bath attached to the kitchen has been transformed to a large pantry that provides unprecedented space for a 5th wheel. This is perfect for people living full-time or wanting to stay longer term without running out of space.

The kitchen features a coveted full size residential refridgerator with additional drink fridge outside the RV.

The bedroom has new paint and trim, along with improvements to the structure of the RV King Bed. This room also includes an upgraded 42" TV and Ikea dresser.

In the bathroom, we have removed the bulky tri-glass shower door and replaced with a more functional shower curtain. Washer and dryer are included and this 5th wheel features an upgraded 10 gallon hot water tank.

We have upgraded the bedroom slide with it's own awning to dampen noise from rainfall. Large basement storage area. Upgraded surestep stair system. Like New tires, overbuilt for this weight with a G rating. Only about 5k miles on these.
