This camper is a 45 foot, mid bunk, front living set up. The loft located above the bunk house is currently being used for extra storage however, is still set up for a regular sleeping area. The bunkhouse has been remodeled with extra storage added and is currently functioning as a “mud room”. The unit comes with a Furrion camera system, an outside deep freezer (if wanted), the two tv’s, and a Splendide WDC7200XCD ventless washer/dryer combo. The washer/dryer combo is approximately 2 years old but has been used very little. The couch that is not pictured in one of the slides can be reinstalled.
