The reason for selling is due to a health issue. The camper is in great condition with slight wear. We just had the yearly maintenance completed Dec 4th 2023, so it is ready to go on a trip.
Let me share some of our favorite features including, the short length of approximately 24 and 1/2 ft long with a corner queen bed that has windows at the back and the side.
No need to open the slide just to go to bed especially if you are overnighting at a rest stop. It is still very comfortable with the slide in. When the slide is deployed it feels like a spacious studio with plenty of room for hanging out. We added two swivel bases to the driver passenger seats creating a nice Lounge area. It sleeps five to six people with the queen bed, dinette bed & ladder to the loft over cab bed (350 lb max).
One of our top reasons for choosing this camper was the large storage area underneath the queen bed that you can access outside from the back or the side.We had plenty of room to store all of our outside gear like zero gravity chairs & propane fire pit etc. One of the surprising things about this camper design is the bed over the cab that provides approx
2 1/2 feet of shade area on all 3 sides over you while you're driving.

-battery powered dimmable remote spot lights for a more ambient accent lighting.
-artwork & accent pillows
-new led tv
-120 watt solar suitcase with approx 20' cord that plugs into the side of the rv allowing you to find the sun no matter where you park the camper.
-awning tie downs.
-tire pressure gage.
-4 yellow leveling platforms & bubble level.
-extra long 30 amp electrical cord with surge protector & 110 adapter.
-water hose with regulator
-dump hose & angled adapter.
-propane tank is over 1/2 full
-car alarm
-steering wheel lock
- height adjustable large free standing step for entry.
- sunshade that attaches to the power awning.
We bought the camper used "as is" from El Monte Rv In April 2021, they took possesion May 2020 & rented it.
when we purchased it had 20680 miles.
(29407 miles now.)
We had Ford inspect & service the vehicle to make sure it was in good shape.
The tires were rotated & new battery installed May 2023.
The generator has
160 hrs. We have run the generator monthly & changed the oil & air filter & that will need to be done again May 2024.
