2018 Forest River Rockwood Premier A122S, is in Great condition, non-smokers, we have used camper 3 to 4 times a year. Includes power cord, for ship to shore at full hookup campinp sites, 30amp plugs as well as water hose connection for outside water hook up, and outside grill and small side table which attach to side of camper. Has 2 Batteries, for Extended Boon Docking, both were replaced 2022, plus 2- 10 gallon propane tanks. Has battery gauge inside camper so you know exactly how much battery you have. Camper does have outside shower with hot and cold water, with water pump, as well as 26 gallons of on board water storage. Refrigerator runs off of Propane or Batteries. 10,000 BTU AC unit, with Heater. New tires, 2022, foam strip along roof panel, inside has been replaced, 2022. Everything in camper is in excellent condition. Camper has microwave, 3 burner Propane stove, sink, with Hot and Cold controls and Fridge which runs on Propane or Batteries.
Does have connection for cable TV, solar ready if you purchase items needed. Has CD player / Radio, inside outside Speakers, Outside porch light, outside light in back to check out your batteries. Queen bed 54x80, Table converts to a Doulbe bed to sleep 2 kids or another Adult with inside storage underneath queen bed. Extras include the on board water fillup hoses, Filler filters, and Has hanging food / Closet. Easily towable, very lightweight, F-150 V-6, is what I pull it with, does have Sway bars, that help stablize the Trailer. Rockwood has trailer brakes, as well.
