FULLY RENOVATED!!! This beautifully renovated RV is one of a kind. It has never been slept in for even one night and is prepped for fulltime living and ready to go. The exterior has been professionally washed and waxed to make it look brand new again. The tires are Trailer Kings. We plan to swap them for Goodyear Endurance tires soon. If it sells before the tires are changed, we can work out a credit for new tires. The exterior storage is huge for its class, some of the biggest I’ve seen. Walking inside you'll immediately notice the interior is like no other RV you've ever seen. The goal with the inside was to make it feel very residential. In the back of the RV, you'll find the living area with true residential couches, a huge TV and a fire place. You'll also notice, while looking around, the natural wood trim pieces that match the countertops. Walking upstairs, in the bathroom, there is a fully custom vanity with a big sink. The shower is nice and big with a radius curtain instead of a glass door and storage next to the toilet. Finally, in the bedroom, it is optioned with a king sized bed. The mattress will be upgraded by Brooklyn Bedding and shipped directly to you. It has a really good sized closet and a combo washer/dryer already installed. It also has a second AC in the bedroom already installed for those warmer summer days. This RV has only gone from the factory, to our old house in MD to being stored at a campground in FL. Our original plan was to renovate it and go full time but life got in the way and the renovations took longer than expected. A lot of work went into this RV and we probably have more invested into it than we are asking. It also has two years left on a warranty that we might be able to transfer depending on the warranty company and final sale price.
