The living room area has an newer full size couch that's for a house but it is in the LR with 2 electric reclining seats & headrests, and a center seat back that folds down into a table with cup holders and USB charging ports with 5+ feet of open space in front of it, and 2 arm rests that open up to storage compartments, 32" TV, AM/FM/CD/Bluetooth Stereo with 2 decent speaker sets, 2 upgraded indoor speakers & 2 light up outdoor speakers, and 2 large storage cabinets.

The bedroom has a queen size bed, 2nd t.v., 2 closets, 2 small drawers, 4 upper cabinets, under bed storage and a small house type safe, and 8 wall nets.

It also has a big private bathroom, with 2 big vanity cabinets, with a large open countertop, and a upgrades shower head that reaches up to 6'4", and upgraded sink faucet.

To accommodate the full size couch I took out 1 bench, but 1 bench remains along with a rear bench area, and a RV chair with under seat and under bench storage, plus the table.

The exterior has about a 15 foot electric awning, two hose quick connects, solar connect, 2 12volt batteries, 2 propane tanks, large pass thru storage, black tank clean out hose connect, 2 gray tanks, 2 neon speakers, awning light strip, 4 corner stabiles jacks, spare tire, and more

No mattress. Had $2k mattress in it but took it out because it's a used mattress so it's worth a lot more to me, the original owner, than as a used rv mattress.
