We have taken good care of our trailer and have even made some upgrades including 7500# stabilizer jacks x4, much nicer porcelain toilet, attachment on rear bumper for bike/luggage rack, and marine grade deep cycle battery.
What we love about this trailer the most is how incredibly spacious it is inside. Everyone who sees it is always impressed with how much interior room it has due to the two pop-out beds plus the Super Slide, which means the entire side of the trailer slides out instead of just the dinette.
We are downsizing to a truck camper now, so time for the Roo to find a new family.
There are a couple minor cosmetic issues such as the stovetop/oven igniter button isn't working currently, and the corner of the awning began to tear so I did a repair with awning tape which holds it just fine.
This trailer has everything you need plus a bit more. TV with DVD player on swivel that can be attached to exterior of trailer, as well as stovetop having ability to be connected to exterior of trailer so you can cook outside that way if desired, microwave, power awning, large dual powered fridge, large bathroom/shower, adjustable heated mattresses on both pop-out beds, great lighting inside and out, stereo with CD player and three different speaker modes including exterior speakers, outdoor shower, two 5-gallon propane tanks, and more. Also includes little extras like grey/black tank hose, stackable leveling blocks, power cord, and hose with pressure reducer attached.
