This beautiful *** UNUSED AND ESSENTIALLY NEW *** Intech Sol Dawn (Rover upgrade) camper was purchased in February 2022. It was stored, awaiting a new Tacoma truck to tow it. The truck did not arrive until late June 2022. The Sol Dawn was subsequently hooked up in late July and trial-towed (it performed beautifully) for 200 miles to a campsite in Michigan. The only utility used was electricity and the camper was returned to storage the following day. The KITCHEN, BATHROOM, SHOWER, TV, AC, MICROWAVE, HEATER, REFRIGERATOR, etc. are all completely UNUSED and in ORIGINAL CONDITION. The camper has not been moved (except to winter storage two weeks ago) since.

We (two 70+ yo retirees) have recently re-evaluated our travel plans for the next decade or two and have decided to head in a different direction, using group travel internationally rather than domestic camping. This decision has been difficult to arrive at, and was certainly not influenced adversely by the Sol Dawn - it is a beautiful and very classy and functional RV - and perfect for RV towable trailer camping. It was the clear choice for us among many campers looked at for our previously anticipated travel needs.

We have attached exterior pictures. A website link is recommended for your viewing to see the interior layout and to view the entire product. It displays the Sol Dawn Rover's attributes better than we could with additional pictures, and the condition of our unit matches the unit shown in the link.

Again, this camper is in "NEW/UNUSED" condition. It is currently stored in a clean, heated, pristine building with proper attention to battery maintenance, etc. This storage has been paid for through June 2023. With proper insurance, I believe that you would be able to exercise that storage option through June 2023 if desired, therefore incurring no additional need to seek, or to pay for alternate winter storage. Other than the 200 mile trip described above, the only mileage on the RV is the mileage from the dealership in Ohio to our home in Michigan.

Extras that we have purchased and which are included are: 1) an RV Startup Kit/Surge Protector/Water filter costing a total of $551; 2) an exterior paint protective option applied by the RV dealer which cost $499; and 3) protective cover for heater exhaust port costing $16.

It is my understanding that all warranties are transferable to a new owner.

This is a beautiful unit.
