This RV is a full-size ultra-lite travel trailer which can sleep up to ten people. Weighing 6300 LBS and a trailer hitch weight of 790 LBS, it is 32.5' long, 96" wide and 11' high. Unit has one large 15 BTU air conditioner unit with ducting to the bedroom and rear bunks. It has vaulted ceilings, opposing slides which create a lot of space, and two underneath storage areas (front full pass through). Additional features include: Stereo/DVD player, skylight in the shower, microwave, 6-gallon hot water heater (electric and propane), satellite and cable prewired, two full size spare tires, black tank flush, outside camp kitchen, electric awning, 12 volt battery with disconnect and external lighting on both sides of unit. Front cap shows wear/fading, but the remainder of the walls and rear are in excellent condition, as the unit has been stored under a canopy. No soft spots on floors or ceiling. All appliances work perfectly. An Anderson No Sway Weight Distribution Hitch system, which fits a 2" receiver, is installed on this unit. An electric tongue jack was installed in 2019 and four new tires in August of 2022. They have one trip on them! The couch/sofa sleeper began peeling a few years ago, so we had it custom upholstered.
