This unit has served my family well and runs great with no issues. Things to know: washer dryer hook up, outdoor entertainment center, lots of storage, bunk beds, new house and truck batteries, Michelin tires are 5yo. Has LifeProof floor installed from front to rear sliding door on master bed room (have an extra box of floor) also has plumbed in hose bibb under last rear compartment on passenger side for easy water on fun and cooking side of rv. Heatpumps and gas heat heat works great along with the refrigerator and HWH. The coach has been meticulously maintained. We have relocated and do not travel as much.
Please see pictures as the naugahyde on the furniture is rough, the dinnette is good the couch, barrel chair, and front seats are rough. I had an estimate to reskin the furniture for $5500. I dont have time to have it done with my work schedule so it is reflected in the price.
