The coach is in perfect shape. It has been serviced by Freightliner National Service Center in Gafney SC and Freightliner of Kentucky. Everything works and looks as new. All of the maintenance records are available. It also has a full extended warranty(house and chassis) that transfers to the new owner thru May 2023. I installed all new Toyo 295/75-22.5 tires 2/22. These are a wider profile oem size option and made a noticeable difference in the ride. It has a new stack washer and dryer and a new Fisher and Paykel dishwasher. Kitchenaid full size refrigerator. It has a full coach water filter system. There are 2 heatpumps as well as a gas furnace that operate great as well as being quiet. There are 4 tvs - 3 inside and 1 outside that all operate independently. It has an Onan diesel 11,000 watt generator that is easy to use and very quiet.
All mechanicals work as they should. There is a motorcycle lift hitch installed but I never used it. I installed a new brake controller and there is a full TPMS system. Everything inside is beautiful. Changed to a satelite system that allows service as you are driving. Slide toppers were replaced about a year ago. The AC clutch locked up several months ago. All new AC compressor, water pump, serpentine belt and pulleys replaced by Freightliner. This is a hard coach to part with. The 37' length is easy to drive and maneuver. All of the lights are LED. An auto accident and broken back have caused us to make the decision to sell. If there is a nicer more well cared for coach, I haven't seen it. The coach needs nothing at all to start enjoying.
