Title is in hand, Master queen bed (has its own room divided by a curtain door), Wide bunkbeds, dinette table that can be converted into a bed, 2 TVs, a DVD Player, Microwave, gas stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, and I will throw in Keurig Coffee maker.

All 4 tires replaced new Summer 2020 (They have a 5-year life)AC/Heat/Gas water heater 2 grey water tanks/1 blackwater, Shower/small bathtub toilet sink and bathroom counter/cabinet. There is a small dent on the exterior to the left of the entrance. I was able to touch it up a little but it’s not blemish free, however its only noticeable when you are standing directly in front of it.

Purchased new in 2016 in Minot ND. I am the original owner and brought it to SC when I got stationed here in 2018. Could use a new awning but the awning motor is brand new and the camper is 100% camp ready/No TLC needed. No rot inside or out and I have been diligent about doing annual inspections and resealing the roof. I patched 3 spots in the roof as result of a RV cover strap that was too tight cut through the rubber approximately 1-2 inches wide in 2018. I patched immediately and there is no damage with any of the plywood. You are welcome to climb up and check it out.

In the past 6 years, it has been stored under a cover and/or barn part of the time and I also stayed in it about a year full time. I also have 2 extra stabilizers I purchased from camping world that I will include.

All towing equipment is included (ball, hitch, weight distribution and sway control bar).
