I purchased this RV new in Sept 2017. It has less than 10,000 miles, has been lovingly cared for and maintained, and it's time for a new family to enjoy it. I'm selling it because my circumstances have changed and I'm no longer able to use it. It's in excellent, clean, non-smoking condition and ready to roll! Sleeps 6, convertible dinette/sofa, 2 slideouts, tankless water heater, outdoor shower, convection microwave, cable hookup, blu-ray DVD player, 3 TV's: bedroom, main cabin and outdoor, attic fans in bedroom and overhead bunk, 3.2 Onan diesel generator with 58 hours, exterior LP/BBQ connection, double door refrigerator/freezer, generous outdoor storage with extra large compartments, 3 burner gas range top, swivel captains chairs, convertible dining table/sofa bed.
Extras include full size cover and wheel covers (worth $200), clean water hose and water filter, grey water hose, sewer hose and sewer hose support, power adapter, leveling blocks, small grill, solar power kit, tent canopy, small table, dishes, coffee maker, silverware and some basic kitchen necessities. Basically everything you need to get out there and have some fun.
All maintenance is up to date. AC blows cold. PLEASE NOTE: the original leatherette fabric on the captains chairs has started peeling (known issue on this model), so I installed some really nice seat covers (see pics). The awning lights have burned out and will need to be replaced. The paint needs waxing. These are the only flaws that I am aware of and I have adjusted the price to account for these things. It has never been in an accident and there are no scratches or dents. It is very easy to drive and park, and runs like a champ. I'm located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Feel free to ask any questions!
