6 NEW Michelin Tires in 2021! The 31UL is one of the most popular floor plans in the Jayco lineup. Big enough to be very comfortable but not so long that it's difficult to maneuver. Front captains chairs turn around to form nice conversation area. We have replaced the sofa bed with very comfy recliners. Although this unit does not have the drop down bunk over the cab, it does have much bigger storage cabinets as a result. We also have the larger refrigerator with ice maker. These gas engine units can be noisy. As such I removed the front carpet and put down 'Dynamat' sound deadening material and insulation under the dash. BIG difference! Much quieter going down the road.

We've also replaced the standard mattress for a much nicer one (more comfy than the one at home!). New stone backsplash replaced the plastic replica in the kitchen, and wallpaper in the bath made a big difference in appearance. We bought a lake house and haven't been using it so have decided to sell. All maintenance up to date and generator has just been serviced.
