I make no warranties on the accuracy of the specifications and other information here that I simply downloaded with a google search so, please do not construe them to be definitive assertions by me.

It has had very low usage and only 9 hours on the generator and 4500 miles on it. I am the 2nd owner. I bought this to sleep in my driveway during a house remodel and that was the only real use I had. I was hoping I could have more fun with it but frankly have been too busy with business endeavors. I did not use any of the items except for the TV and bed to sleep in at night. Other than that, I used it only a few times to drive to the Mercedes dealer in Fremont for service. I wanted to travel but have been busy so, have to wait until retirement which is a long way off so, want to sell this.

Model year is shown as 2013 in the documents I have from the 1st owner and scanned here. The title is with the Bank as the loan has a balance. So, you will get the title in the mail after your purchase.

As for sleeping, there is no overhead bed above the driver on the 24G model. It is a queen bed at the back that slides out. The second slide-out is a sofa sleeper (technically not a bed, they call it a sleeper) -- see page 14 of brochure in link above for thie 24G model's floor plan. The specs say it sleeps 4 in all but, I never tested how practical that is given that the sofa is mentioned as a sofa "sleeper" and not a sofa bed. You be the judge of that -- I am listing what the specs say.
