Used as a tiny house for a little over a year. Only towed a few miles down the road to the dump station once a month. It's ready to have some kayaks on the top and go camping! All appliances work perfectly and everything's been maintained properly. Very open floor plan. Chairs and table have been taken out for more room to move around or have cots for more people to sleep. Couch folds out to a totally flat queen size bed for a mattress of your choice. No sales tax and no dealership to deal with. I'm the only one who has owned this. Thanks!
