One family owned pop-up in pretty darn good condition for the age. My mother bought this in 2011, brand new. She used it a handful of times for the first year, then it was garaged for several years. I acquired it from her 3 years ago and have used it 17 times (I keep a camping journal). We absolutely love this little pop-up with a king bed, queen bed and full-size bed (using the dinette) and are only selling it because we just bought another pop-up that's a little bigger and suits us better. The A/C works great! Because I live in Colorado (my mom is in TX), I added a heater to the A/C unit. It works great to take the chill out of the air in the morning (it's not a furnace). It has a 3-way fridge; cute little sink; 3 burner gas stove; small outside grill; outdoor shower; water heater; awning with screen you can attach. We just bought a brand new battery in December for it. We truly hope to sell this to someone who will love and enjoy it as much as we do.
