Great condition 2003 Class C Coachmen Leprechaun 317KS (32ft) with 1 slide out on the driver’s side for sale! Vehicle has 42,396 miles and the generator has 5521 hours on it. My wife and I have full-timed in this motorhome since September of 2021. Plenty of outdoor RV storage with large pass-through storage in the back. Plenty of cabinets for storage inside the cabin as well. Two beds inside the RV including a “short” queen in the back and a full in the overcab. Fresh paint and blackout curtains in the bedroom along with new curtain rods. The kitchen has a fridge along with a propane oven and stovetop. Water heater is propane as well and the propane tank itself is an onboard 12 gallon tank. No coils for the stove (removed by previous owner) nor dinette in main area (also removed by previous owner).

Minor delamination to the back of the cabin on the driver’s side. Roof and cabin sealed professionally in May 2022 along with inspection of the delamination. We were told the damage appears to be solely cosmetic.
