Like new, this RV has never traveled outside of Florida, total travel miles less than 500. We towed this unit about 20 miles to experience how easy the set up was. It has been kept plugged in. 30 or 50 AMP service. All appliances except the furnace and oven can run on shore power, greatly reducing the need to use propane.

Power jack and levelers. Very easy to set up. The Unit is 29 feet plus the tounge.

No leaks, re-sealed roof in April for maintenance purposes only.

Non smoker, very clean, some very light wear on dinette and around shower. Never boondocked. Some features never used such as the oven and water tank.

All lighting and all fixtures work great. All lighting is LED. Many USB ports throughout. Lots of storage! Large bathroom counter.

Power Jacks, Thermal Package (excellent furnace!), 2 A/C units, walk on roof, Set up to easily add roof ladder. Also set up to add exterior T/V and bedroom T/V. Internal and external speakers. Carbon Monoxide detector was defective and has been replaced. Warranty replacement of Propane regulator has been completed by authorized service provider.

Added Winegard 360 router to enhance wifi option. No SIM at this time, but can be added. Verizon and AT&T compatible.

Added vent pillows to reduce heat and increase a/c efficiency.

We purchased this unit in March for a cross crountry trip that we did not take. We lived in it for 5 weeks with our three dogs to get the feel for it. We very much enjoyed the camper. All chairs and sofas and floors were kept covered with water proof pet covers and rugs to prevent wear. We expecially enjoyed sitting out under the 19 ft awning which has very nice lighting and outdoor speakers.

The unit is titled and registered in New Hampshire, but has never traveled outside of Florida.
