2nd owner, 2500 miles when we purchased, took 3 trips in it and that's it. Has been unwinterized but not used this season. Awning is non-functional and needs repair. Otherwise it's a fantastic trailer. 2 propane tanks, 2 batteries, new memory foam mattress in master, very comfortable. Bedding is included along with some tools, chairs, accessories, stabilizing bars. Unit has new Good Year Endurance tires, the best we could find to put on.
