This unit has only been used twice by us and we bought from dealer in February 2022 and told that first owner's did not sleep in it and only used a few times to have bathroom available for family. The couch has one blemish on one of the theater seats as the Polyeurethane has chipped off from tape being on it and pulling off. This unit has a $4,0000 Auto Leveling System that makes it simple to pull in and have the unit do all of the leveling. No other issues at all and practically show room ready inside. I also replaced the cheap thin RV Mattress with a Thick nice new Queen Mattress.
