2008 Aerloite Cub. Fair condition. Two soft spots in the floor need reinforcing, one of the two queen bed "pop out" canopies need replaced, Awning is in disrepair and could either be removed or replaced, and other visible weathering on the outside. Has fully functioning plumbing- toilet, shower, bathroom sink, kitchen sink; however, the hose to the toilet needs replacing. This should be  a simple fix. Camper has a Microwave, refrigerator/freezer, stove, and oven in pristine condition. One slide out which makes it very roomy. Roof has never leaked.
