Great shape, priced to sell. Dining table removed and replaced with table and chairs. The awkward stock sofa replaced with recliners; much more comfortable. Generator just tuned and works great. Bathroom has a tub for the kids. Three TV areas with Soundstream stero system. Queen bed in back. Everything works and runs great with no outstanding issues.
