Right off the top, this RV needs a little work so if you're looking for a good deal and a very solid base to improve from then this is your RV.

The Good:

• Engine and transmission are solid and I have never had an issue with them
• Generator fires right up and works well
• Drives very smooth and quietly
• Michelin tires only have about 5k miles on them
• New vinyl flooring throughout
• Roof recoated in 2019
• New seals on both slides installed in 2019
• Full Queen size bed
• Propane/electric refrigerator works great
• New starter motor installed on the generator and we've only used it a few times since
• Newer flatscreen radio with backup camera
• Total of six GC6 six volt batteries wired in series/parallel for dry camping. They're a couple of years old, lightly used and have been maintained and on trickle charger
• The two chassis batteries were changed at the same time as the coach batteries and have been lightly used
• Outside grill/BBQ on an electric slide
• Large awning works and is in good shape

• Chassis and coach AC systems need to be serviced. We've been fair weather campers so never needed them and never got around to getting them serviced. Price reflects a $2500 discount for the service of all three.
• The tires are about eight years old and the front tires have sidewall cracks but I don't see any on the rear tires. Current price reflects an $1800 discount to replace the front tires.
• Paint/decals are somewhat oxidized in some places.
• Holding tank sensors are flaky likely due to buildup and a good cleaning will probably get them working reliably again
• I never gotten around to upgrading/installing flatscreen TVs in the living room and bedroom
• The roof had leaked in two spots prior to us owning it. Since the roof recoating and installation of new seals on the slides we have not had a leak

• The coach has the original Trace RV2012 inverter/charger installed and the battery charger works fine but the inverter and remote control panel stopped working. $1500 credit applied ot sales price
