Rare and beautiful 1995 Vogue Prima Vista 37 by Mitchell. This custom RV is timeless with all Formica cabinetry, custom designed corian counter tops, marble flooring, and copper pipes for all plumbing. It has a strong CAT 3176 300HP in line 6 cylinder turbo diesel with jake brakes attached to an Allison 3000 series transmission with 104,000 miles on it. The Power Tech 7.8KW generator has 696 hours on it and can be operated from the cockpit or bedroom of the coach. This Vogue has no slides, and therefore rides very quiet and smooth. The interior has been updated with new LED TVs, lots of fixtures, and the refrigerator and toilet have been replaced in the last few years. All documentation is still with the coach, which includes owners manual, technical manual, blueprints, and build sheets.
RV has been covered and kept plugged in. Reason for selling: retired and mobility issues.

The coach needs some work, including new tires, service leveling jack (one has a leak), caulk/sealent, front dash a/c (doesn't blow cold), backup camera, and gas water heater (ignites, but doesn't stay lit). The front and rear caps need soem paint TLC as well as some parts of the sides. The RV bones are in fantastic shape, with little rust, always been a southern coach.
