This RV is sold. We have a 2016 Grand Design Reflection 303RLS we are selling (downsizing). It is a 5th wheel in very good condition. 3 slide outs make this unit very roomy inside. You can still access the bedroom, bathroom, and refridgerator with all the slides in. Access to the bathroom is from the hall and from the bedroom, with doors on both. There is a kitchen island with a large single sink and faucet with hose and sprayer. Plenty of LED lighting throughout. Main AC unit is ducted to all living areas including the bedroom. Prewired for a second AC in the bedroom if desired. Water heater is dual electric / propane. Refridgerator is electric / propane too. Dual propane tanks. Dual trailer batteries with a switch to run each separately, or together, or off for storage.
Awning has LED lighting under it. Slides have awning toppers too.
We upgraded to 16" wheels and tires and the tires are about 2 years old (Goodyear Endurance) and less than 2000 miles on them. Trailer comes with a Furrion rear camera and wireless monitor for the truck. TPMS in all 4 tires which interface to a 2020 Chevy / GMC 2500 or larger. Pass through storage under the bedroom, and lots of cabinets inside. Trailer has an electric fireplace and a 40" TV above it. Two recliners in the living room plus a sofa bed. Table and 4 chairs in the dining room. Very large pantry too. Microwave and oven/stove round out the kitchen. Plenty of counter space, including a bar next to the kitchen.
Trailer currently stored indoors. Lippert LCI auto level jacks.
There is also a rack for the back for a motorcycle (dirt bike or smaller) I can include if desired.
We also added a Winegard omni-directional TV antenna, and this has built in WIFI which can be a hot spot and have direct cell access, or it can link to existing WIFI in campgrounds to provide your own WIFI hub.
